The number of trained reserves changes almost by the month, often times we find ourselves doing more than a couple of training sessions a year in the hopes of obtaining a few reserves. For those reserves we have, we all owe so much. They take time from their full-time jobs to work when we need them. They do the same work as the full-timers and have the same level of training.
